Kate received her Bachelor’s Degree in Art History from San Francisco State. After working in Museums and Galleries across the Bay Area, she earned her Masters in Concept Art from the Academy of Art University, also in San Francisco. She recently moved to Hollywood to be closer to the animation industry. She is wacky and happy and believes art should be fun as well as therapeutic and challenging. From realistic landscapes to figure drawing to cartoons (especially cartoons) she loves it all!
Katie grew up in Atwater Village, graduating with an Illustration degree from Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. She has privately taught actors, dancers and artists of all ages and believes everybody has a unique, artistic spark. She specializes in creativity exercises and new ways of seeing the world, bringing out the artist in young and old alike with plenty of humor and playful exploration. If you've ever picked up a coloring page from the Glendale Trader Joe's, you've already seen her work!
Natalija (pronounced Natalia) has always gravitated towards the art of creative individual expression through singing, dancing, creating jewelry and her own personal style. A nanny with experience caring for toddlers, she began attending mommy and me art classes and through that process, experienced the profound impact of using art as not only a form of unique and personal creative expression, but as an avenue for healing and personal growth for folks of all ages. She loves to tap into her inner child to create playful, fun and vibrantly colorful pieces and is honored to share in this journey with others.
